1. Who is Responsible (Data Controller)

The controller for personal data processed through Outfounders.lol is Amir ("we", "us", "our").

We keep the Service lightweight and privacy-respecting. We collect only what is strictly necessary to run the public leaderboard, stop fraudulent abuse, and process payments:

Visitor Identifier: An anonymous session identifier stored in your browser cookies/storage to attach checkout sessions, prevent duplicate click abuse, and maintain fair leaderboards.
Listing & Founder Data: The X @handle, email, product URLs, project names, descriptions, tags, and traction/MRR metrics you submit during checkout or in the setup modal.
Payment Data: Payments are processed directly by our merchant of record partner, Dodo Payments. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers on our servers. Dodo Payments securely provides us with transaction confirmation IDs and amounts.
Clicks & Rate Limiting: When visitors click on a founder profile or project link, we record an anonymous timestamp and hashed IP address strictly to filter out bots, prevent click fraud, and calculate profile views accurately.
Direct Messages: If you reach out to us on 𝕏 for support or modifications, we keep that correspondence to resolve your request.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Local storage in your browser is used exclusively for functional purposes: preserving your preferred color theme (Light/Dark) and remembering your claimed profile sessions for instant editing.

4. Public Listings & Search Engines

Rankings, total amounts paid, founder names, X handles, project descriptions, and links published on the leaderboard are publicly visible to anyone on the internet, including search engines. Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure & Service Providers

We never sell your personal information. We only share data with essential infrastructure providers needed to run the platform:

Dodo Payments: Secure payment processing and transaction verification.
Resend: Secure transactional email delivery for magic links and receipts.
Supabase: Secure PostgreSQL database and data management.
Google Favicons & Unavatar: Fetching official website logos and public X profile avatars.
Hosting & Edge Infrastructure: Delivering high-speed, secure global site performance.

6. Data Retention

Public listings remain on the board as long as your bid maintains an active rank. Payment identifiers and invoice records are preserved as required for tax compliance, accounting, and anti-fraud verification.

7. Your Rights & Data Requests

Under GDPR and international privacy regulations, you have full rights to access, update, correct, or request the complete deletion of your profile data. To exercise any of these rights, send a message to @amir_maker on 𝕏.
